O'fish'l Fins East Coast Surf Session

Here are some photos taken by an incredible born and breed east coast photographer, Phil Hudson. Captured in these photos are some images of Ocean City, MD surf, and O'fish'l team rider Sam Svenson from Bethany Beach, DE. If anyone has an extra wetsuit or some spare neoprene laying around let me know so we can keep Sam covered and warm!

The board Sam Svenson is shcralping in these photos is a Rocket inspired 5'6" shaped by T.Moore(former shaper for WRV). I will have more on T.Moore shortly! Sam's O'fish'l fin setup that he has been using and says works insane is the CR 2x carbon twins accompanied by a 3-3 carbon center.

O'fish'l's Christian Wach Noseriding Freak Show

If you have never heard of, or seen Christian Wach surf, you better get on it! This kid is absolutely amazing and can make riding a piece of kelp look easy! Christian has been a life long rider for O'fish'l, so it only seemed appropriate for him to ask Mark Stavron, owner of O'fish'l, to make him some custom noserider fins for the GSI Noosa Surf Festival in Australia. Here is the story.......

In comes Christian with these crazy off the wall templates, and Mark immediately lays them on the fiberglass panel he had laid up and begins tracing. Mark cuts them out, and these two start going to town with ideas on how Christian is going to be riding them, and how he wants them to feel. Then Mark, starts going on talking about foil points and his prior knowledge of surfing and fin design. These two finally concur on a design and go for it.The end result are these two ginormous fins that only Christian would think up, and that Mark could pull off.

Christian was so stoked with these fins and could not wait to ride them, but against his will, he didn't want to take the chance of ruining them before he got to OZ. Once he made it there, he gave them a try and loved them both. He used one of them in the noseriding division of the GSI Noosa Surf Festival, which he got first, no big deal. He logged 127.31 seconds of noseriding time on two waves, this was 42.31 seconds more than the second place contestant! This was not the first time he has won this event either, he won the previous two years as well!

Christian also did well in the Longboard Division, coming in third place to O'fish'l team rider Taylor Jensen, who brought home the bacon with a first place finish! Hats off to these guys and showing what they can do given the proper equipment matched for their talent and capabilities.

O'fish'l SUP Handle Carrying Product

Having trouble getting your Stand Up Paddle board around? Whether it's getting your SUP to the car, getting it from the car to the water, or most important from the water/surf to the beach. O'fish'l Products has you covered once again with an amazingly simple product, the SUP Handle.

The SUP Handle from O'fish'l Products is like no other SUP carrying device on the market today. It's design allows for the strap to remain connected to the board at all times. When in the water the nylon handle suctions to the board, lies flat, and out of the way. Therefore, the O'fish'l SUP Handle will never trip you up or get in the way while enjoying your paddle time. New or used, the O'fish'l SUP Handle can be put on any board.

The O'fish'l Sup Handle has changed the lives of many SUP riders because you are able to comfortably carry your board over the rockiest terrain with balance and confidence as well as minimizing fatigue. O'fish'l Surfboard Fins How To Info

O'fish'l Surf Products, the fastest, easiest system available! Wondering why, or how?

O'fish'l Fins literally "snap" in. For those of you who don't know, O'fish'l Fins require NO SCREWS or KEYS. These fins are held in place by a plastic Z-clip that is situated in the back of the box. To install the fin, simply put the front of the fin into the box and push the fin down until it reaches the leading edge of the Z-clip. From here, hit the top of the fin and you will hear the "snap". The "snap" is the sound of the Z-clip coming over the trailing edge of the fin, ensuring you that your fin is NOT coming out! Therefore, it is literally a "snap".

No screws or keys? Why? Screws get stripped and over time begin to rust. Our patented Z-clip will never get stripped or begin to rust keeping you board cherry as ever. There is nothing worse than trying to fight a stripped screw to get your favorite, not to mention, expensive fins out of your old board and into your new one. To take your fins in or out, O'fish'l uses only your hands which you always have around.

O'fish'l Products are made to be simple and easy to use which has been tested for the past 20+ years! When ordering or inquiring about a new board give O'fish'l Fins a try, and I'll bet you won't be sorry you did.
