O'fish'l Fins literally "snap" in. For those of you who don't know, O'fish'l Fins require NO SCREWS or KEYS. These fins are held in place by a plastic Z-clip that is situated in the back of the box. To install the fin, simply put the front of the fin into the box and push the fin down until it reaches the leading edge of the Z-clip. From here, hit the top of the fin and you will hear the "snap". The "snap" is the sound of the Z-clip coming over the trailing edge of the fin, ensuring you that your fin is NOT coming out! Therefore, it is literally a "snap".
No screws or keys? Why? Screws get stripped and over time begin to rust. Our patented Z-clip will never get stripped or begin to rust keeping you board cherry as ever. There is nothing worse than trying to fight a stripped screw to get your favorite, not to mention, expensive fins out of your old board and into your new one.
